I’m a technology professional living in Triangle area of North Carolina, though I’m originally from Jacksonville, Florida. I’ve spent the last two decades working in various Operations, IT and Product Management roles in the HR BPO, health insurance and software industries. I’m a Six Sigma Black Belt and also hold active certifications as a Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). I’ve also held credentials (SPHR) in the HR industry. Most recently, I’ve obtained my SAFe certification as a SAFe Scrum Master (6.0).

My wife, Jen, and I both attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where I studied biological psychology and anthropology. I loved the Dickinson campus though I was not particularly happy there.

We have two kids, a ten-year-old son and a six-year-old daughter.

I use this domain primarily for professional email and occasionally write articles here. Life often gets in the way of that.
